After graduating from Alliance, the top crypto incubator in the industry and raising a seed round backed by Alpha Labs Capital Group, UOB Bank, Foundation Capital, NGC, MHC, and other leaders in the crypto space, we are hiring a few exceptional founding members who want to work on complex problems with massive impact in a fast-paced environment.
The goal of this role is to be our CEO’s right hand person to make her the most effective CEO possible. You will be responsible for the highest impact projects facing Fountain and own projects from beginning to end. We are looking for someone who is technical, analytical and relationships driven - a Swiss army knife. You will be working on a wide range of projects that range from business development, fundraising to internal financial modeling.
In this role, you will
- Business development: Drive business development and partnership efforts and manage relationships with market makers, hedge funds, and relevant counterparts in the industry. Develop business cases and create innovative proposals for potential partners that drive value for both parties. You will be interacting and selling to Defi traders and you will need to speak their languages!
- Product development: Work closely with the engineering team, provide continuous feedback from external conversations to influence the best strategic and technical decisions.
- Operation management: Be the right hand person to the CEO on initiatives across executive hiring, growth marketing, and PR management. You will bridge gaps and facilitate communication and collaboration within the organization to remove roadblocks and keep programs on target.
- Finance management: Assisting with fundraising, taxes, expense management, financial planning.
- Leadership: Be the “voice” of our CEO and leadership, representing the requirements, objectives, and mentality when approaching our mission-critical projects.

- You may travel to conferences and other cities often to develop relationships in person
